    We offer a secure online portal where tenants can pay rent, set up auto-pay, and view payment history. It’s fast, easy, and available 24/7.

  • What happens if something breaks or I need maintenance?

    If you need a repair, simply log into your tenant portal and submit a maintenance request. We handle non-emergency issues quickly and have a 24/7 emergency line for urgent repairs.

  • How long is the lease term?

    Most of our rentals come with a standard 12-month lease. In some cases, we may offer flexible lease terms depending on the property and owner preferences.
